eVTOL ISR UAS
Ether Form Inc’s Group 2 Electronic Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) Uncrewed Aircraft System (UAS) is a configurable high-endurance platform designed for a variety of mission sets including Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), rapid prototyping, and networked communications nodes. Its eVTOL capability enables covert/carry-in operations as well as use in areas with unimproved terrain and without infrastructure. The platform is within the US DoD’s Group 2 classification and supports five hours of continuous flight time due to its high-efficiency fixed-wing air frame. The platform is currently undergoing flight testing and is expected to be available in Q2 ’26.

Key Features
- Configurable electronics pod in the lower half of the aircraft provides a volume for customer payloads (e.g., sensors, communications equipment, or cameras) up to 4 kg.
- High energy density battery provides 5 Hours of continuous operation with extended battery options for increased endurance. Extended battery configurations are available to meet mission requirements.
- Tilt rotor design reuses VTOL motors for forward flight, reducing total weight while enabling the motors to operate in a high-efficiency (low power) state.
- Infrastructure independent takeoff and recovery eliminate dependence on fixed launch infrastructure, large support equipment, and prepared operating surfaces.
- Easy to use mission planning enables autonomous operation with waypoint navigation, geofencing, loitering and payload triggers. Utilizes MAVLink, an the industry standard protocol command and control protocol.
